Appointment Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best service for all clients, appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a refund according to our refund policy.
- A €50 fee will be charged for late cancellations or failure to provide adequate notice.

Refunds are available only when an appointment is cancelled within the required cancellation period (at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment).
- The refund method will be agreed upon directly with the client.
- Refund requests for appointments cancelled outside the required notice period cannot be accepted.
- Packages and multi-session programs are non-refundable once purchased.

Your privacy is extremely important.
- All information shared during consultations is strictly confidential.
- Information provided through emails, questionnaires, forms, or any other communication channels will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
- Sensitive personal data will be accessed and managed exclusively by Valentina Bonci, owner of Nutrizione Green.
- Personal information will never be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
