Is the programme suitable if I’ve tried other diets before?

Yes. Many of my clients come to me after years of dieting. My approach focuses on creating sustainable habits rather than relying on short-term restrictions.

What if I have a busy schedule and little time to cook?

That’s absolutely fine. Your nutrition plan will be tailored to your routine, whether you’re working full-time, travelling frequently, or managing family commitments.

Do I need to exercise to lose weight?

Physical activity can certainly support weight loss and improve overall health, but it is not a requirement to get started. We will focus first on creating sustainable nutrition habits and then discuss how movement can fit realistically into your lifestyle.

What happens if I don’t see results straight away?

Sustainable weight loss takes time. Rather than chasing rapid changes, we’ll focus on consistent progress and long-term habits. Small improvements in nutrition, energy levels, body composition and eating behaviours often come before significant changes on the scale.

How often will I need follow-up appointments?

Usually 1 or 2 months. This depends on your individual needs and goals. During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss the most appropriate follow-up schedule for you.
