Body Composition Analysis

We’ll assess your body composition with BIA technology to gain a clearer picture of your starting point and establish meaningful progress markers.

Elimination Phase (1st month)

Together, we’ll identify a selection of foods that are well tolerated and create a temporary elimination plan designed to reduce symptoms and establish a stable baseline.

Reintroduction Phase (2nd month)

Once symptoms have improved, we will systematically reintroduce potential trigger foods.
This process allows us to identify which foods (and in which amount) are truly problematic and which can safely remain part of your diet.
